My dream that inspired the Dragon Blades series produced emotions on the same level as the terrifying ones, only this time I felt elation like I have never felt before. I can’t tell you what made me feel as if I had walked away from a locked-and-loaded firing squad free of holes, that would spoil a main turning point. But I can tell you that the intensity of that one moment was what made me decide to write. If I could convey what I felt with my dream realization then I had one hell of a story to tell.
Now why would I want to describe that to you as if you were sitting beside me. Like the picture above, you would be reading the story and watching alongside my character. I want you, dear reader, to experience the despair, the euphoria and then the grim determination the same way Evangelina does. Through her eyes.
Because after all, isn’t a sunset more beautiful if you see it rather than listening to someone else describe how they see it?
